As the website project manager at Leadpulse, you will be the crucial link between our internal teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring the timely development, and success of projects. You will own the strategic planning, onboarding, and project management practices within Leadpulse that drive client success while fostering a collaborative environment. You will identify and mitigate project risks, and resource allocation while managing project timelines and budgets.

Location: Canada (Ideally close to Toronto GTA)

Lead website implementation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans

Create and maintain Business and technical requirements documentation for the project

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

Oversee and prioritize the website project roadmap, managing multiple projects simultaneously using Scrum and Sprint methodologies

Collaborate with the development team to create project-related Jira requests and sprints, and avoid project delays

Run daily internal project standups and weekly client status updates.

Ensure client project status on Notion is up-to-date

Participate in RFP response and project planning

Strong understanding of Project management principles, preferably in a digital or web agency setting

Experience managing website development and implementation projects

Experience with Headless CMS, like Contentful, Builder.io, Uniform, Headless WordPress

Understanding of SEO, Web frameworks like Next.Js and React, Google tag manager, Web personalization

Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking, strategy, and problem-solving

Ability to meet client and internal deadlines

Experience with Project management tools like Notion, Jira, and Confluence
