As a Website Product Owner at Leadpulse, you will play a key role in managing product development cycles to support delivery of Headless CMS websites for our customers. You will collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring the product delivers maximum value to our users and aligns with business goals ensuring the timely development, and success of projects. 

Collaborate with customer stakeholders to develop and build a clear website vision and strategy.

Align the website roadmap with customer objectives

Own, refine, and prioritize the backlog to ensure development teams are working on agile delivery.

Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to guide development.

Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.

Gather technical requirements, translate business needs into technical tasks, and ensure alignment across teams.

Work closely with developers, and QA to ensure smooth sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Provide clarity on requirements and accept or reject completed work.

Advocate for the end-user by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure customer website journeys meet all technical and business requirements.

Analyze website performance using key metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to inform decisions.

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech].

Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or PMP.

Product owner - Website

As a Full-Stack developer at Leadpulse, you will play a key role in designing and optimizing scalable applications, building robust APIs, and ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems. You will collaborate with our internal teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring the timely development, and success of projects. You will bring a strong focus on building a modern architecture stack that deliver engaging, scalable, and high performing website experiences.

Develop and maintain web applications using React and Node.js.

Build and optimize backend services using Node.js with TypeScript.

Design, implement, and optimize APIs using modern web frameworks.

Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git for efficient deployment.

Deploy and optimize applications using hosting platforms like Vercel.

Integrate Headless CMS solutions with frontend applications.

Debug and integrate third-party tools with existing applications.

Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase.

Test and debug applications to ensure performance and reliability.

Stay updated on the latest web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.

1-3 years of experience in web development using React and Node.js.

Strong understanding of Next.js and its optimization techniques.

Experience with TypeScript, including type declarations.

Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps workflows.

Full Stack Developer

As the Front-end web developer at Leadpulse, you will be the crucial part of the website development team building out the user experiences for customer websites. You will collaborate with our internal teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring the timely development, and success of projects. You will bring a strong focus on modern frameworks like React.js and Next.js for frontend architecture that are engaging, scalable, and high performing experiences. 

Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (Next.js, React.js).

Strong skills in HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, and ChadCN (Sass/SCSS).

Experience with responsive design and web accessibility best practices.

Hands-on experience with unit testing for front-end applications(Cypress, Playwright).

Familiarity with build and package management tools (Vite, Webpack, Babel, npm).

Proficiency in consuming RESTful APIs for Headless CMS integrations.

Familiarity with Litmus for email template testing.

Experience with Figma,Photoshop or similar tools for translating design concepts into UI/UX components.

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Ability to illustrate workflows and UI/UX designs effectively.

Experience with Git for version control and collaborative development.

Front-end web developer

As the website project manager at Leadpulse, you will be the crucial link between our internal teams and customer stakeholders, ensuring the timely development, and success of projects. You will own the strategic planning, onboarding, and project management practices within Leadpulse that drive client success while fostering a collaborative environment. You will identify and mitigate project risks, and resource allocation while managing project timelines and budgets.

Lead website implementation projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans

Create and maintain Business and technical requirements documentation for the project

Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

Oversee and prioritize the website project roadmap, managing multiple projects simultaneously using Scrum and Sprint methodologies

Collaborate with the development team to create project-related Jira requests and sprints, and avoid project delays

Run daily internal project standups and weekly client status updates.

Ensure client project status on Notion is up-to-date

Participate in RFP response and project planning

Strong understanding of Project management principles, preferably in a digital or web agency setting

Experience managing website development and implementation projects

Understanding of Headless CMS platforms, like Contentful, Uniform, Headless WordPress

Understanding of SEO, Website frameworks, Google tag manager, Web personalization

Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking, strategy, and problem-solving

Ability to meet client and internal deadlines

Experience with Project management tools like Notion, Jira, and Confluence
