Summary
As a Website Product Owner at Leadpulse, you will play a key role in managing product development cycles to support delivery of Headless CMS websites for our customers. You will collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to define and prioritize features, ensuring the product delivers maximum value to our users and aligns with business goals ensuring the timely development, and success of projects.
What you will bring
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to develop and build a clear website vision and strategy.
- Align the website roadmap with customer objectives
- Own, refine, and prioritize the backlog to ensure development teams are working on agile delivery.
- Write clear and actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to guide development.
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team.
- Gather technical requirements, translate business needs into technical tasks, and ensure alignment across teams.
Agile Team Facilitation:
- Work closely with developers, and QA to ensure smooth sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide clarity on requirements and accept or reject completed work.
Customer-Centric Development:
- Advocate for the end-user by understanding their needs, pain points, and feedback.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure customer website journeys meet all technical and business requirements.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze website performance using key metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in Agile environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar product management platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to inform decisions.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, fintech].
- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or PMP.
